Refund & Returns Policy

Report damaged, faulty or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace or refund them.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.

Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of the returned item being received. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
